Whitewater Rafting

The Wolf River offers six different sets of rapids that will challenge individuals as they work together to guide their raft through daring whitewater.  For the more adventurous participant there will be an opportunity to swim in a number of the rapids including a large waterfall at the end of the trip. Check out our facebook page for some rafting photos.

Sea Kayaking

Canoeing & Sandbar Camping

Venture out on the Wisconsin River where participants learn to paddle and steer their canoe.  Spend one to four days paddling and camping along the many sandbars.  This trip provides many opportunities to grow your group together. The unique experience of camping on a sandbar island will give your group an experience they won't forget. Check out a few Canoeing pictures.

Head down to Bull Shoals Arkansas and load your group onto houseboats!  You will spend 5 days on Bull Shoals Lake cliff-jumping, snorkeling, water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, and even learning how to barefoot water ski.  Your houseboat provides an excellent atmosphere for small group discussion in the morning as well as large group worship sessions on the roofs of the boats during sunset.  Take a look at this video to get a better idea of what this trip involves.

Rock Climbing/Rappelling

We are located directly across the street from Devil's Lake State Park, one of the best climbing locations in the Midwest.  Our trained staff will set climbs based on the skill level of your group so there will be something for everyone.  Expeditions provides each climber a harness and shoes and gives you a legitimate rock climbing experience.

While one of the tougher trips we offer, backpacking is also one of the most rewarding.  Carry everything you need for 2-4 days and head deep into God's creation.

Spend several nights camping at our location in Baraboo.  Let our staff teach you how to set up a tent and start a fire.  While camping with us, your group will be given the opportunity to enjoy a number of the activities Expeditions has to offer.  You will be amazed how close your students grow together with just a couple nights away from the distractions of home.

Truly a unique experience, your group will be given helmets and flashlights and led into the heart of the earth.  Students will be allowed to explore every corner of the cave before emerging once again into the sunshine.

Take advantage of the many hiking trails Devil's Lake State Park has to offer.  Enjoy the beautiful views from the top of the bluffs before heading down for a swim in the lake

Dogsled & Winter Camping

Come with us to Northwest Ontario for an experience like no other.  Spend several days guiding your own team of sled dogs across frozen lakes and through portage trails.  Stay in a heated tent or rustic cabin.  Maximum group size: 10

Our purpose is to further the kingdom of God in our enjoyment and cultivation of the outdoors.
